For nearly three decades, Peter J. Trematerra and family have not only distinguished themselves from other developers for the communities and homes they have built, but they have also set themselves apart based on their business philosophy. "Trust, Honor and Reliability," primarily through the keeping of promises, are the key guiding principles that have served as the foundation stone of the company. The family tradition continues with third generation builder-developer Peter J. Trematerra.
Peter learned his craft "the old fashioned way" by working as an apprentice and honing his skills. His past roles include nearly 20-years experience as Superintendent and Project Manager for the $300 Million, family-owned Parkwood development company which developed, built, leased and sold shopping centers, office buildings and residential homes in South Florida. Today, Peter takes a "hands-on" approach to his development business by providing the vision and leadership necessary to establish himself at the vanguard of the land development and building industries of Florida.
Peter Trematerra's extensive portfolio includes warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, townhomes, semi-custom homes, and custom homes in Florida communities such as Coral Springs, Parkland, Sunrise, Margate, Coconut Creek, Davie, Tamarac and Boca Raton.
Peter's good character is further evidenced by his compassion through his community involvement and philanthropic contributions which have served to benefit causes such as The Children's Home Society, Women In Distress, Humane Society, American Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis, Cleveland Clinic, University of Notre Dame, Ara Parsegian Medical Research Foundation, University of Miami, YMCA and various other charities.
